Last night I learned how to make a French quiche or "pie". I got the special job of mixing the eggs, spices, and crème fraîche! Then Antarctica helped by adding the spinach, tomatoes and my favorite part: chèvre fromage! (goat cheese)
It was so delicious after it was cooked that we shared with the roommates and ate BOTH pies!!
